• Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
• Dining room: with dining table and six chairs and feature fireplace.
• Utility/Boiler room: ideal for storage of coats and boots.
• Cloakroom: with WC and basin.

First Floor:
• Bedroom 1: with double bed.
• Bedroom 2: with twin beds.
• Bedroom 3: with full size bunks.
• Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC, basin, shaver point and radiator.

Facilities/Miscellaneous
• All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair available by requesting on booking.
• Private parking for 1 car, and further parking 50 yards away.
• One well behaved pet welcome.
• Large enclosed lawned garden, decked patio with garden furniture.
