• A first floor apartment with lots of exposed brick and wood panelling situated within the grounds of Tupgill Park next to the Forbidden Corner. Heated by oil fired central heating and comprises:

First Floor:
• Entrance hallway leading to:
• Lounge: with TV, Freeview and DVD, radio and CD's may be played through the TV/DVD. Sofa bed in lounge for one extra guest.
• Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Dining table and seven chairs.
• Bedroom 1: with double bed.
• Bedroom 2: with twin beds.
• Bedroom 3: with full size bunks.
• Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC, basin, shaver point and dimplex heater.
• Shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Facilities/Miscellaneous
• All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair available by requesting on booking.
• Private parking for 3 cars.
• One well behaved pet welcome.
• Acres of communal grounds to explore.

Standard Occupancy
A surcharge of £25 per person per week will be levied for each person in excess of the standard occupancy of six.
