Terms and Conditions

Voluntary Participation: By purchasing a ticket and entering the attraction, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these warnings and voluntarily accept all associated physical, mental, and emotional risks.

What are the opening times?

• Gates open at 6 pm. Because The Forgotten Corner uses a time allocation system, it is important to arrive 10 minutes before your booking time.

• The last entry to The Forgotten Corner is at 9:00 pm. You should allow at least one hour for your visit, or longer if you wish to get something to eat and drink.

What time should I arrive, and if I arrive late, will I still be able to attend?

• You should aim to arrive 10 minutes before your allotted start time to allow time for any necessary toilet breaks and preparation. Groups will only be able to check in for their allocated time.

• If you arrive late, we will try to include you in a later entry where space permits. However, The Forgotten Corner is under no obligation to accommodate late arrivals, and spaces may not be available.

• We cannot control external factors such as travel disruptions. Please ensure you leave sufficient time to attend. Refunds cannot be given to those who miss their tour due to lateness.

Can I touch things inside the attraction?

• Please do not touch the actors. They may touch you, but they will not harm you.

• You must not touch any props or set design. While there may be set scenes you pass through, do not move or handle any items.

• We have a strict no-touch policy, and we reserve the right to remove you from the event without refund if this rule is broken.

Is the event frightening, and can I get my money back if someone in my group gets scared?

• This is a scare-event and yes, some people will find it terrifying. There will be horror scenes, special effects, and live actors to create a frightening experience.

• Guests who find the event too intense may leave the event, but no refunds will be given. To leave safely, please tell an actor you would like to leave the experience, and they will point you to a safe space to wait for a steward to escort you out safely.

• Earlier entry times from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm offer partially lighter outdoor conditions, which some guests may prefer. However, the event itself remains just as terrifying, featuring the exact same high-intensity scares, live actors, and special effects.

Do I need to arrive with my entire group, and can I share my ticket?

• Your digital ticket is a single-use barcode. Your entire group must enter through our security checkpoint at the same time.

• Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Please do not share your ticket. If someone else uses your ticket, it will be void, and you will be required to purchase a new ticket if any are available.

• Tickets are non-transferable

How do we get tickets?

• Tickets are not available at the gate. All tickets must be purchased online from this website.      Tickets may sell out before the event, so please book early.

• If you arrive without a pre-booked ticket, you will not be admitted.

• Advance bookings help us manage crowd levels and avoid overcrowding; walk-ins on the night are strictly not accepted.

• After purchasing online, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket. Please have this ready to show this on your mobile device or as a printout on the night.

Are there actors in the attraction?

• Yes. There will be trained actors who may make light physical contact with you, but they will not cause harm. Use of profanity is possible. Please see our age restrictions below.
