• Gates open at 6pm. Due to The Forgotten Corner using a time allocation system, it is important to arrive 10 minutes before your booking time.
• Last entry to The Forgotten Corner is at 9:00pm. You should allow at least one hour for your visit, or longer if you wish to get something to eat and drink.
• You should arrive 10 minutes before your allotted start time to allow time for any necessary toilet breaks and preparation. Tours must leave on time and will not wait for late arrivals. There will be no exceptions.
• If you arrive late, we will try to include you in a later entry where space permits. However, The Forgotten Corner is under no obligation to accommodate late arrivals, and spaces may not be available.
• We cannot control external factors such as travel disruptions. Please ensure you leave sufficient time to attend. Refunds cannot be given to those who miss their tour due to lateness.
• Please do not touch the actors. They may touch you, but they will not harm you.
• You must not touch any props or the set. While there may be areas you pass through, do not move or handle any items.
• We have a strict no-touch policy, and we reserve the right to remove you from the event without refund if this rule is broken.
• This is a scare event — and yes, some people will find it terrifying! There will be horror scenes, special effects, and live actors to create a frightening experience. The Forgotten Corner is designed to be scary.
• Guests who find the tour too intense may leave the tour, but no refunds will be given. To leave safely, please use the safe words: “Wizard’s way out.”
• Your digital ticket is a single-use barcode. Your entire group must enter at the same time through our security checkpoint.
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Please do not share your ticket. If someone else uses your ticket, it will be void and you will be required to purchase a new ticket.
• Tickets are not available at the gate. All tickets must be purchased online from this website. Tickets may sell out in advance, so please book early.
• If you arrive without a pre-booked ticket, you will not be admitted.
• Advance bookings help us manage crowd levels and avoid overcrowding — walk-ins on the night are not accepted.
• After purchasing online, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket. Please be ready to show this on your mobile device or as a printout.
• Yes. There will be trained actors, and they may make light physical contact with you, but will not cause harm. Some use of profanity is possible. Please see our age restrictions below.
• Our staff should be treated with courtesy and respect. Any guests failing to do so will be refused entry or removed without refund.
• If spaces are available, we may be able to change your booking. This is not guaranteed.
• Bookings cannot be changed within 48 hours of your original time.

• The event is suitable for ages 16+ only. You may be required to show photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid ID and is suspected to be under 16.
• Attendees under age 16 do so at their own risk. Forbidden Corner accepts no liability for any adverse effects.
• Attendees aged 16–21 must show valid photo ID (passport, driving licence).
• For those aged 16–17, a photocopy of a passport is acceptable.
• Yes — both cash and card payments are accepted at The White Goose Pizzeria and the gift shop located inside the Pizzeria.
• We recommend allowing 1–1.5 hours for your visit. On busy nights, you may need longer.
• This includes queuing, the attraction, food, drinks, and the event atmosphere.
• Please wear warm, robust clothing. Forbidden Corner accepts no responsibility for clothing damaged during the event.
• Do not wear expensive or designer clothing, or items of sentimental value.
• Due to uneven ground, do not wear high heels. Comfortable footwear is advised.
• Most of the event is outdoors or under trees. If wet weather is forecast, waterproofs are advised — you may also get wet inside some attractions.
• Dress as you would for a countryside walk. There is no heating in the gardens. Some water effects will be operating during the night — you may get wet!
• Food and drinks are available at The White Goose Pizzeria at the end of the event.
• You are welcome to wear Halloween outfits and makeup.
• However, for security reasons:
• Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
• Feel free to dress up — many guests do, especially on Halloween night!
• The Forgotten Corner is an outdoor event, with some underground and tree-covered areas.
• The event will continue in all weather, creating a unique experience!
• Due to uneven ground and the nature of the attraction, The Forgotten Corner is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
• No dogs, including guide/assistance dogs, are permitted. Special effects may frighten animals. (except for Fido)
• Main toilets are located in the car park before entering the attraction. Additional facilities are available at The White Goose Pizzeria at the end of the event.
• Yes — the gift shop is located inside The White Goose Pizzeria at the end of the attraction.
• Free parking for cars and coaches is available on-site.

This does not affect your statutory rights or any liability of The Forgotten Corner which cannot be excluded by law.
