What is a membership card?

Your membership includes a Membership ID Card that acts as your proof of membership when visiting. It’s checked on arrival and includes a printed photo for adult members to help keep membership secure.

I just visited, can my ticket be taken off the membership cost?

Yes. If you have visited within the last 30 days, you can have your original single-use booking fee deducted from the membership price. Simply enter your booking reference at checkout to apply the discount.

What photo should I upload for my membership?

You must upload a photo of each adult included on the membership (children’s photos are not required). This image will be printed on your Membership ID Card and checked when used.

Photo guidelines:

• Your face must be fully visible, with nothing obscuring your face (including hair)

• Taken within the last month

• No filters

• No one else in the photo

• No headwear, unless for religious or medical reasons

• Facing straight forwards

• If your photo doesn’t meet the guidelines, we’ll contact you with next steps
