Refund and Returns Policy


Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering your tickets.

Upon purchasing tickets to visit The Forbidden Corner, you are agreeing to comply with these conditions.

  • Admission to the Forbidden Corner is by advance bookings only through our on-line booking section on our web site.
  • All bookings are considered final and are only valid for the stipulated and agreed date and time shown in the booking. Confirmation email will be sent once the payments have been authorised and received by the Forbidden Corner. This email will act as your receipt and Ticket for entry on the day. Please bring this along with you and present it at the Welcome Desk on your arrival. You will be provided with your day tickets and Guide to the Forbidden Corner at the front desk. Your email address is used for your booking confirmation and a thank you email after your visit.
  • Booking times can be changed once, 48 hours prior to the original booked date and time at no additional fee.
  • Booking cannot be changed within 48 hours of the booked Date and Time and ‘no shows’ at the booked Date and Time will not qualify for any rebates or refunds.

No refunds or rebates are provided for cancellations.


Gift Shop Purchases (excluding Vouchers)

Our refund and returns policy for purchased items lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
