Visit the Forbidden Grotto
Santa, Mrs Claus, and their mischievous helper, Peppermint the Elf, are packing up their sleigh and setting up their magical Forbidden Grotto! Bring the little ones to meet the festive trio, share their Christmas wishes, and soak in the holiday cheer. The Grotto will be open from November 21st until December 20th, right before the big day.

Wrap up warm and explore the grounds with our exclusive Christmas Quiz. We’ve hidden festive clues all around the magical gardens for you to track down. Solve the puzzles, complete the trail, and hand in your finished quiz at the end of your visit, and you’ll automatically be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a return family ticket!
Opening Times & End of Season
To help you plan your festive visit, please note that from November right through until Christmas, The Forbidden Corner will be open on weekends only. After our final festive weekend, we will be closing our doors to hibernate for the winter season, so be sure to book early to avoid missing out on the magic.
