
Booking your visit with your membership is quick and easy.
Simply visit the booking page on our website and select your preferred date and time. At checkout, select Membership Card from the discount options, then enter your membership code. Your entry will be reduced to free, and you can complete the booking as normal — no payment will be taken.

To use your Bring-a-Friend discount, add your guests to the same booking as your membership visit. The discount will automatically be applied to eligible guest tickets at checkout.
Remember, the member must attend on the day for discounted guest tickets to be valid.

To receive your 10% discount in the Forbidden Corner Café, kiosks, and gift shop, please present your membership card or membership wristband (issued at check-in) at the till before payment.
If you no longer have your wristband, please ensure the named member is present with their card.
Discounts must be applied in one transaction, as bills cannot be split for membership discounts.

When dining at our restaurants, please inform the staff on arrival that you are a member. You will then need to present your membership card before payment is taken to receive your 10% discount.

To book using your membership offer, please visit The Saddle Room website and select your preferred dates and accommodation. When completing your booking, enter your membership code in the code box located next to the guest quantity field. The applicable member discount will then be applied where available.
